Roles and responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive design guidelines, systematizing design files, and developing adaptive versions of web products. Your role will also involve ensuring a seamless handoff of these products to the development team. You will enhance our web offerings by balancing aesthetics, business objectives, and user experience, all while collaborating with another designer to devise innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on the design aspect, but you will also need to consider the underlying systems that make these designs functional. This involves analyzing and structuring large amounts of data to ensure that your designs meet both creative and business requirements. You'll be expected to manage your workload independently, assessing tasks accurately to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Proficiency in Figma is essential, particularly for large projects that require a deep understanding of UI kits, AutoLayout, and components.

As part of your duties, you will tackle projects from a blank slate, showcasing your ability to develop concepts rapidly while adhering to core design principles. Your work will involve not only creating visually appealing designs but also ensuring that they function effectively across different platforms and devices. A systematic approach to design is crucial; you should have a keen eye for components, layout options, and overall structure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hard Skills:

• Experience in working with web products and services, demonstrating strong UI design capabilities.
• Ability to translate ideas into structured design concepts and develop adaptive designs that meet varied user needs.
• Expertise in transferring layouts to development, ensuring that designs are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing.
• Solid understanding of design principles such as grid systems, color theory, line spacing, and margins, as showcased in your portfolio.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher to facilitate effective communication within the team.

Soft Skills:

• A proactive mindset coupled with strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate your design ideas effectively.
• Highly developed structural thinking to analyze and organize information, enhancing the overall design process.
• Detail-oriented with a thorough understanding of design principles, which will enable you to maintain high standards in your work.

Bonus Qualifications

While not mandatory, having experience with real estate-related products would be advantageous. Additionally, skills in Adobe Photoshop could further enhance your design capabilities, providing you with more tools to create compelling web products.
