Senior Product Designer - Growth Team

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our growth team at a dynamic scale-up renowned for its innovative design tooling platform, which is currently utilized by over 3 million designers worldwide. This pivotal role focuses on customer acquisition and offers a unique opportunity to shape user experiences across a variety of product areas. You will work on key initiatives, including content directories, web applications, user journeys, sign-ups, landing pages, invite modals, and referral systems, all aimed at enhancing our users' engagement and expanding our customer base.

Our design team is comprised of five talented Senior Product Designers who report directly to the Head of Product Design, a former leader at Adobe. This collaborative environment not only fosters creativity but also emphasizes the importance of design in driving business success. Desired candidate profile

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who has substantial experience in designing for growth, specifically in areas such as acquisition, onboarding, adoption, and engagement. Your ability to deliver high-quality work with a lean approach will be essential as you create impactful designs that resonate with our users. A strong eye for visual and UI design is critical, as is your capability to craft intuitive, aesthetically pleasing interfaces that enhance user experience.

In this role, you will be expected to leverage metrics and data to inform your design decisions. You should be comfortable conducting experiments to validate your ideas and improve existing designs. Familiarity with custom design system components will enable you to build scalable UIs that not only meet our users' needs but also align with our overarching design framework.
