Roles and responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create and enhance designs for multi-page websites and real estate search platforms.
• Design landing pages for special projects, present them to stakeholders, hand off to development teams, and conduct design reviews.
• Develop adaptive designs and ensure seamless transfer of web products to development.
• Continuously improve web products by balancing aesthetics, business goals, and user experience.
• Propose innovative solutions, build prototypes, and collaborate with marketing teams and copywriters.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to manage your workload independently, accurately assess tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with starting projects from scratch, working with minimal information, and thriving in creative challenges.
• Proficient in Figma, particularly for large projects (UI Kit, AutoLayout, Components).
• Understanding that tasks will involve not only creative work but also systematization, adaptations, and manager requirements that prioritize business functionality over aesthetics.

Desired candidate profile

Hard Skills:

• Experience working with web products/services.
• Strong UI design skills, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful design solutions.
• Sharp decision-making ability and a keen design eye.
• Expertise in handing off designs to developers and creating adaptive layouts.
• A systematic approach to design, with meticulous attention to components, options, and layout structures.
• Deep understanding of core design principles like grids, color theory, line spacing, and margins, which should be evident in your portfolio.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to immerse yourself in processes and build them from the ground up.
• Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Creative mindset combined with strong structural thinking and the ability to analyze and organize information.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong grasp of design principles.
• Ability to handle stress, accept constructive feedback, and improve upon it.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience mentoring designers or working within a team environment.
• Have experience with real estate-related products.
• Are skilled in Adobe Photoshop.
