Roles and responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and adaptable Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. Our organization operates in an Agile environment, where flexibility and the ability to pivot quickly between tasks are essential. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our digital products and visual communications across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer, your primary tasks will include:

• UI Design for Mobile and Web Applications: You will design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your designs should align with the overall brand identity and deliver an exceptional user experience.

• Improving User Experience (UX): Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze user feedback and behavior to refine our applications. Your insights will help in making data-driven design decisions that prioritize usability.

• Social Media Graphics: You will create eye-catching and shareable graphics for our social media platforms. These posts should effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience, ensuring consistency across all channels.

• General Graphic Design Requests: You will be responsible for fulfilling various graphic design requests within the company. This includes everything from marketing materials to internal communications, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality.

  The nature of the tasks would be:

• Designing UI of Mobile / Web apps
• Improving the UX of the solutions
• Designing Social media posts
• Satisfying all graphic design requests and company requirements

Desired candidate profile

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled in graphic design but also open to experimenting with new ideas and methodologies. You should possess the following qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Adobe Photoshop is a must. Your general graphic design skills should be robust and versatile, allowing you to tackle various design challenges.

• Familiarity with Tools: While experience with SketchApp and InVision is not mandatory, familiarity with these tools will be an advantage. Your ability to adapt to different design software and methodologies is crucial for success in this role.

• Flexibility and Openness: A successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to embrace different ideas and approaches. Your capacity to adapt and pivot quickly between tasks will be vital in our fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: BD500.000 - BD650.000 per month
