Location: Lekki Lagos
Job Type: 3 Months Fixed Contract
The Company is seeking to hire an experienced and resultoriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with track records of success in sales of luxury goods and services to HNIs Corporates and Public sector clients in Nigeria.
Job Objective: As the business is approaching its seasonal period the Business Development Manager will join the Company with his/her strong connections to the HNIs Corporate and Public sector clients across the country.
The Business Development Manager will be saddled with the responsibility of achieving the set revenue target for the business each financial year.
The ideal candidate must have a consistent track record and demonstrated capacity of closing high end deals and sales of luxury goods and services amongst HNIs corporate or Government agencies.
Responsibilities
Generating leads by identifying and targeting new contacts inline with the overall business strategy
Building and maintaining strong relationships with your new and existing clients
Cold introductions that consistently convert to new business meetings and closing deals
Selling a portfolio of luxury goods and service to HNIs Corporate and Government agencies.
Stay up to date on current industry trends and challenges ensuring the company evolves and their offering develops inline with brand demands and requirements
Use preestablished relationships to expand the current position of the business
Attend activations and relevant industry events to network and help build the companys profile
Provide regular updates and reports on performance pipeline development client feedback and industry insights
Be responsible for owning & executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly/yearly revenue targets
Develop new and evolving strategies to attract and engage new clients in the HNW market place
First degree in Business Administration Marketing or any other related fields.
5 years experience as a Business Development manager with at least 2 years in a luxury goods and service company preferably
Proven track record of successfully closing high end deals with HNIs corporate and Government agencies
Highly professional and confident communicator
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Selfmotivated and driven by targets
Compensation: Guaranteed Base Pay is N500k Monthly Other interesting benefits
