We are looking to hire an Area Sales Manager for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
- Full or parttime professional qualification in Sales and Marketing.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role with previous experience in Electronics being an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and peoplehandling skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Preferred age below 35 years.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales activities within a designated area ensuring alignment with company sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share within the area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions support the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute regional promotional campaigns.
- Lead and mentor the sales team within the area fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Additional Information:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m.; Saturday halfday 8:30 a.m. 1:30 p.m.
- Work Arrangement: Onsite position.
