Sealing the Deal: Daily Tasks to Boost Client Satisfaction
  • Conduct highvolume outbound calls to generate leads and set up meetings for brokers.
  • Engage with potential clients understand their needs and communicate the benefits of the client s solutions effectively.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and ensure a seamless handover to the broker team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with industry trends competitive landscape and product knowledge to communicate effectively with prospects.
  • Collaborate with the director brokers and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Assist with various sales support and administrative duties as needed for business requirements.
  • Implement sales scripts processes and procedures for training junior sales staff.
  • Participate in projects and improvement initiatives spearheading new sales or marketing projects to drive new sales and leads.

  • Strong passion for sales and cold calling.
  • Proven experience in a highvolume outbound calling role.
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone.
  • Familiarity with the Australian financial services industry particularly the mortgage/lending sector is a plus.
  • Selfmotivated resultsoriented and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to independently find and follow up on leads from existing and new databases converting them into appointment settings by identifying new needs or opportunities.
