Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and partners.
- A qualification in Business Management or a related field would be an added advantage.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a passion for achieving results.
- Experience in a fastpaced environment and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Space Acquisition: Identify and onboard new spaces to expand our clients portfolio.
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients and space owners through cold calling emails and other sales channels to generate leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and space owners ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to booking.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by driving space bookings onboarding new venues and converting leads into loyal customers.
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends competitors and new opportunities for space acquisition and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Operations & Invoicing: Assist with operational tasks such as preparing and managing invoices tracking payments and ensuring smooth transactions between clients and space owners.
