Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in the retail sector.
- Strong computer skills and math skills.
- Good negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Sinhala.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and provide product information and invoicing.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle cash transactions maintain accurate records of sales and ensure a smooth and secure checkout process.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform general administrative tasks and support the finance team as needed.
