Candidate Profile:
- Preferably a diploma in Travel Tourism or Hospitality Management.
- Proven experience in a customer service role ideally within the hospitality industry demonstrating a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of the local areas attractions traditions and culture to offer authentic and engaging advice to guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple bookings and inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and any foreign language(s) would be a plus to cater to international guests. Competence in using Microsoft Office
- Willing to work on a shift basis

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to hotel guests assisting with all travelrelated inquiries including but not limited to transport arrangements tour bookings and local attractions information.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local area including dining entertainment
- cultural sites and hidden gems to offer personalized recommendations to guests.
- Efficiently handle bookings for transportation tours and activities ensuring seamless experiences for guests. Willing to work on a shift basis
