Overview:
The role of a Recruiter is crucial to our organization as they are responsible for sourcing screening and identifying qualified candidates to fill our open positions. Recruiters play a pivotal role in building strong teams that contribute to the success of the company. They are essential in creating a positive candidate experience and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source and attract candidates by using databases social media etc.
- Conduct interviews and assess applicants relevant knowledge skills soft skills experience and aptitudes
- Draft and post job descriptions
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Network and build longterm relationships with potential candidates
- Manage the hiring process including prescreening interviewing and evaluating candidates
- Oversee the selection process including job offers and negotiations
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities attending conferences and networking
- Implement new sourcing methods and strategies
- Produce regular reports and analysis on recruiting metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor legislation
- Contribute to the overall positive employer branding of the company
- Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay wellinformed about market trends and innovations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured competencybased stress etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Handson experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing reference check etc.)
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decisionmaking skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Proactive selfmotivated and adaptable to change
- Networking and negotiation skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office
- Certification in HR or recruiting is a plus
- Positive friendly and professional demeanor
