Responsibilities:
- Customer Support Excellence: As a Remote DutchSpeaking Customer Advisor your primary responsibility is to deliver outstanding customer support to Dutchspeaking customers via various channels including email chat and phone. Assist customers with inquiries provide product information process orders and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Order Management: Manage customer orders including processing tracking and resolving any orderrelated issues or discrepancies. Liaise with internal departments logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Qualifications:
