Cross Border Talents is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity with our partner company for a Customer Advisor role based in Sofia Bulgaria! Join a growing team where youll be a key player in delivering highquality customer service to millions of customers.
Start Date: 21Oct2024
Location: OnSite Sofia Bulgaria
Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday (10:00 AM 2:00 AM)
Support Channels: 9095% Email & Chat 510% Inbound Calls
Training: 2 weeks training 2 weeks nesting
Salary Package:
- Base Salary: 3800 BGN gross
- Taxi Voucher for late shifts
- Extra payment per hour after 10 PM
- 1000 BGN Signing Bonus
Your Typical Day:
As a representative of the brand you will deliver excellent customer service through a mix of live chat email and phone interactions. Your role is to assist customers with inquiries provide solutions to issues and ensure they have the best experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via chat email and inbound calls.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.
- Work closely with a diverse team to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Represent the brand and build longlasting relationships with customers.
What You Need:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken).
- Good English proficiency (B2 or above).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sports is a plus!
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Team player with a great attitude and problemsolving mindset.
- High school diploma.
