Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in German engaging with potential and existing customers.
- Promote products and services identifying opportunities to close sales and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Work towards individual and team sales goals contributing to overall company success.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities customer interactions and followup actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with strong communication skills.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- 612 months of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Motivated resultsdriven and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
