Position Overview:
We are seeking a GermanSpeaking Email and Chat Support Representative to join our growing team in Sofia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone fluent in German who is enthusiastic about customer service and enjoys helping people. In this role you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Germanspeaking customers via email and chat resolving their issues promptly and professionally.
Your role will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service that our company is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and chat providing accurate and timely responses to questions and concerns in German.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the companys products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Documentation: Record and maintain detailed records of customer interactions issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the management team to improve services and customer experience.
- Process Adherence: Follow established procedures and guidelines to deliver consistent and highquality support to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) is a must. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) is also required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills in both German and English with the ability to clearly articulate information and instructions.
- Customer Service Orientation: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a customerfirst mindset.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer communication and data entry.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using computer systems customer service software and CRM tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous Experience: Experience in customer service email or chat support is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to Relocate: Open to relocating to Sofia if currently residing abroad. A relocation package including flight tickets and accommodation is available for eligible candidates.
- OnSite Requirement: Must be based in Sofia and willing to work fully onsite in our office.
