The Food and Nutrition Department provides high quality nutrition care to our patients and guests. The Food and Nutrition Manager job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manages and coordinates the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department at all locations in order to ensure quality services. This includes patient services retail services catering services and inpatient clinical services for the health system.
- Serves as subject matter expert and coordinates process improvement projects.
- Leads teams and establishes deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions.
- Specializes in the planning management and execution of patient centered projects.
- Responsible for assisting Director with implementation of and recommendations for strategies to meet health system strategic plan and be consistent with the health systems mission vision and values.

- Must have a Masters Bachelors or Associates degree in nutrition or business related field Certification as a Dietary Manager or Culinary Certification. Required
- Degree in Dietetics or Food Management/Nutrition or any other program approved by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics which leads to registration as a Registered Dietitian Preferred
- 2 years supervisory/administrative experience in institutional food service and clinical dietetics. Preferred
- Registered with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian Preferred
- Licensed as a Dietitian in Oklahoma Preferred
- Must have a food handlers card and Serv Safe certification Required
- Must have a valid Oklahoma Drivers License Required
