Job Description
job status: Accepting Candidates Traveler s permanent residence must be 100 miles or gt
from the hospital s service area.
General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will be
online CBLs. I can start the traveler any Sunday that you can complete the
compliance documents by the deadline.
Please include in the confirmation: 16 hours of
nonbillable orientation. Hospital can
cancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from the
employed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule use whichever is appropriate for the
employment agreement if there is a decrease in census. Additional shifts
picked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will be
flexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need without
penalty.
Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively
participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare
future nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student education
responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical
care practice in every nursing specialty.
Terms:
Radius Rule is 100 miles to qualify as a traveler. Do not submit candidates that live within 100 miles of the facility. Please include profile skills checklist and the following items:
- Legal full name and last 4 digits of SS #
- Copy of Driver s License with permanent address
- Nursing License # and state of issue
- Copy of utility bill with candidates name and permanent address
