What Are We Looking For:
This role involves coordinating with insurance companies managing client relationships and ensuring the efficient placement of insurance policies including both property and liability placements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively for Non EB.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Policy Placement:
- Coordinate with insurance companies to facilitate the placement of insurance policies.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate for policy issuance.
- Monitor and track the placement process to ensure timely completion.
- Support the placement of both property and liability insurance policies.
- Floating RFQ to insurers & negotiate best premium from them to meet client s expectations.
- Preparing Due Diligence reports wherever necessary.
- Negotiation with insurers on premium quotes & Terms specially in big & medium sized proposals.
- Ensure submission of QCR within TAT.
- Relationship with key line people in the insurance companies.
- Maintain RFQ tracker.
- Quality Control of Policy Documents of RFQs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide clients with information on available insurance products and assist in selecting appropriate coverage.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing client inquiries.
Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with internal sales teams to support the policy issuance process.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all documentation and systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of placement activities client interactions and policy details.
- Prepare regular reports on placement performance and client feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in business Marketing Insurance or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role with a reputed insurance broker
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive detailoriented and customerfocused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
