Job Description
Job Details: Our client is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee the daily clinical operations of an outpatient behavioral health clinic in Penn Yan NY. This role involves supervising and mentoring therapists particularly new graduates and ensuring that the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily clinical operations of the outpatient behavioral health clinic.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to other therapists particularly new graduates.
- Ensure compliance with OMH (Office of Mental Health) regulations.
- Collaborate with the clinics management team to ensure highquality patient care.
- Handle administrative duties related to clinical operations including scheduling reporting and staff management.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master s degree in Social Work.
Licensure:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State.
- NYS Driver s License clear of violations consistent with FLH policy.
Experience:
- 2 years of leadership experience in a mental health or hospital setting.
- Experience with OMH regulations.
