Senior Backend Engineer Golang

At The Wise Seeker we are looking for a Senior BackEnd Engineer to work on the design and development of mission critical websites applications and infrastructure layers ensuring system consistency and improving performance.

Functions

1. Join ongoing project near MVP deadline integrating seamlessly into dev team.
2. Collaborate with frontend and backend devs stakeholders for alignment.
3. Lead mobile app development ensuring connectivity within system.
4. Implement scalable efficient Golang code in microservices architecture.
5. Maintain high code quality contribute to refactoring initiatives.
6. Identify and implement refactoring for performance reliability maintainability.
7. Ensure code passes QA/QC acceptance rates over 90%.
8. Design robust APIs for mobile and desktop clients.
9. Rapidly learn current codebase stack business logics.
10. Demonstrate strong learning curve adapt to project requirements technologies.
11. Display leadership potential readiness for Lead Developer/Tech Lead role.
12. Guide mentor junior team members contribute to technical decisions.
13. Engage in knowledge sharing contribute insights best practices.
14. Stay updated on emerging technologies.

Requirements

1. Bachelors in Computer Sciences or equivalent engineering degree.
2. Over 5 years of experience as a BackEnd Developer focusing on microservices architecture preferably with Golang.
3. Proficient in Golang (2 years) and knowledgeable in JavaScript/TypeScript C# Python or other languages.
4. Skilled in writing secure web applications and ensuring information security for APIs and databases.
5. Proficient with code versioning tools like Git.
6. Experienced in both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. Postgres MongoDB).
7. Capable of developing and integrating backend solutions for mobile applications.
8. Solid understanding of extensive management systems complexities.
9. Demonstrated ability to maintain high code quality standards conduct refactoring and meet tight deadlines.
10. Strong problemsolving skills adaptability and rapid learning curve in understanding complex business logic and technical architectures.
11. Shows leadership potential and willingness to transition into Lead Developer or Tech Lead role.
