Solicit for transportation accommodations insurance tours and activities.
Advises clients regarding destinations cultures customs weather and activities.
Books travel arrangements.
Handles travel issues conflicts complaints cancellation and refunds.
Builds and maintains relationships with travel and tour vendors.
Attends travel seminars and conferences.
Conducts research on destinations and industry trends.
Maintains accurate records of bookings payments transactions and meetings.
Contributes to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Requirements
BSc/BA in business administration sales tourism or relevant field
Proven working experience as a business development manager sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
