Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data projects within the insurance domain
- Knowledge of data analytics data modeling and data governance principles
- Understanding of insurance business processes products and data requirements
- Experience with SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python for data analysis
- Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to develop strategies document critical business processes and interpret business needs into technical requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- High level of competence in Excel PowerPoint and business intelligence tools
- Bilingual Native Japanese/ JLPT N1
