    Our Accounting and Finance Department serves as a shared service responsible for financial accounting taxation and JSOX compliance for four group companies striving for continuous improvement in QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) by pursuing best practices. We are looking for someone who can leverage their past experience to lead further growth in our Accounting and Finance Department. We are looking for a manager position in order to establish a new 2manager structure following the appointment of the head of the Accounting and Finance Department (CPA) as an executive officer.

    The manager also has experience in accounting at a listed company so there is a complete followup system in place. Additionally considering the broad scope of responsibilities as a shared service we believe we can offer better growth opportunities especially for those who have drawn up career plans centered around the accounting field.

    Specifically

    • Handling financial accounting taxation and JSOXrelated tasks for the four group companies.
    • Reviewing standalone financial statements while the involvement in consolidated financial statements will depend on your experience.

Minimum Requirements

    • Someone who has experience closing standalone financial statements (monthly/quarterly) at a listed company or a company preparing for listing or someone with equivalent knowledge.

    • Practical experience with accounting standards related to revenue recognition.
    • Practical experience with cost accounting (projectspecific cost calculation).
    • Practical experience with consolidated financial statements.

    • Experience in streamlining operations through the use of spreadsheet software like Power Query.

Annual Salary:JPY

based on experience ability and previous work experience

  • Salary adjustments: Twice a year
  • Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
  • Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).
  • Wage structure: Monthly salary
  • Retirement benefits: None

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

  • Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
  • The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
  • Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
  • The flextime system does not have a core time.
  • Saturdays Sundays and national holidays
  • Annual paid leave (provided according to company regulations from the first day of employment)
  • Refresh leave (provided according to company regulations 5 days)
  • Yearend and New Year holidays (5 days)
  • Sick leave (3 days)
