    We are seeking a talented individual to join us as an Account Manager for the nextgeneration BaaS (Banking as a Service) platform targeting regional financial institutions and local industrial companies leading regional revitalization.

    In recent years the demand for banking functions has surpassed the traditional banking industry with financial institutions increasingly incorporating financial functions into administration and local businesses. Consequently there is a growing need for Fintech platforms that can collaborate more quickly and seamlessly to promote regional digital transformation (DX). We are actively advancing the development of a new nextgeneration BaaS infrastructure through innovation using IT such as API and Cloud aligning with the vision of promoting regional DX.

    This position involves engaging in lead acquisition account management and implementation for financial institutions. We invite individuals with experience in the financial industry to contribute to the cuttingedge field of DX in the payments industry. We are also planning to expand our team to accommodate business growth with potential future responsibilities including organizational management development and education.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Consulting on client challenges:
      • Planning and proposing scenario plans from initial negotiations to closing
      • Providing support for midtolongterm business growth after orders are received (upselling crossselling etc.)
      • Actively leading projects while involving stakeholders

    Wallet Station is a mobile payment platform for swiftly building a companys Original Pay. It provides core features of payment systems such as codebased payments transaction processing balance management and user authentication securely through APIs. The platforms extensive expandability and high flexibility allow the realization of services not only with inhouse developed functions but also through API integration.

Conditions / Benefits

Employment system: Fulltime

Location: Kojimachi Chiyodaku Tokyo

  • Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line Kojimachi Station (Exit 2)
  • Approximately 8 minutes on foot from JR Yotsuya Station

Annual Salary:JPY based on experience ability and previous work experience

  • Salary adjustments: Twice a year
  • Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)
  • Overtime allowances for exceeding regular working hours are provided (subject to position/grade).
  • Wage structure: Monthly salary
  • Retirement benefits: None

Hours: 9:30 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

  • Depending on the position/grade it will fall under flextime specialist discretionary labor system or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
  • The abovementioned hours are the standard and employee determinations may vary.
  • Overtime work beyond regular hours is expected.
  • The flextime system does not have a core time.
  • Saturdays Sundays and national holidays
  • Annual paid leave (provided according to company regulations from the first day of employment)
