Later when he was improving his skills he was influenced by the Artificial Intelligence (AI) of Shogi and it was the beginning of the unknown possibilities.

We are developing products based on AI x mobile which is a combination of the industryleading AI developed by our engineers that have won against professional Shogi players and mobile which is the most accessible device to people all over the world.

In the future we will continue research and development of machine learning such as deep learning and business applications centered on our original AI and create a paradigm shift in each industry with the Artificial Intelligence Revolution. We want to do something interesting and surprising while maximizing the power of technology.

  As a member of the CTO Direct Management Division you will explore business opportunities and create new revenuegenerating businesses from a technical perspective by improving the operational efficiency and strengthening the security of the entire our Group.

  Specific Duties:

  • Building efficient operational systems by integrating multiple SaaS systems
  • Activities to streamline the operational environment and create synergy across group companies
  • Developing and operating business systems and web applications
  • Integrating ISMS across the group companies (unifying security policies centralized management of information resources)
  • Implementing security measures

  Through these activities you will work to create new businesses and services.

  Recruitment Background:

  In August 2022 we welcomed Corp A and in September Corp B into our Group. Our group has adopted AI SaaS as its business strategy utilizing the technologies and knowhow of each company to develop new businesses.

  The CTO Direct Management Division aims to explore business opportunities and create new continuous revenuegenerating businesses from a technical perspective by improving the operational efficiency and strengthening the security of the entire Group.

  The mission of this position is to generate new businesses and services by improving the operational efficiency and creating synergies across the entire Group and by verifying and acquiring new knowledge and technologies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of operating Linux servers
  • Experience using cloud services and SaaS such as AWS/Azure/GCP

Employment type: Full time

Location: Minatoku Tokyo

Annual Salary: 5M 7.5M JPY

• Based on experience ability and previous work experience
• Bonus paid twice a year (August February)
• Monthly Salary:
  • A fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 20 hours is provided regardless of the presence of overtime work.
  • Additional overtime pay is provided for hours worked beyond the initial 20 hours.
  • In the event that our mutual discussion following the interview results in the adoption of a fixed overtime system a fixed overtime allowance equivalent to 2045 hours will be provided.

Hours: 10:00 19:00 (1hour break included)

• 8 hour work days
• Telecommuting and flexible work arrangements are available subject to prior approval. (Core hours: 11:00 AM 3:00 PM)
• Annual Holidays: Regular days off every week (Saturdays and Sundays) national holidays and other days designated by the company.
• Paid Time Off: 10 days granted after 6 months of continuous service (increasing with years of service up to a maximum of 23 days).
• Other Leaves: Special leave upon joining yearend and New Year leave special leave for illness and bereavement leave are available.

Probation: 3 months
