Job Summary Responsible to provide support and service task to the outlet achieving highest possible customer satisfaction and ensuring excellent hospitality to all our guests on a daily basis. Job Responsibilities 1 Principal Accountabilities Interacts positively and professionally with guest, colleagues and other departments as appropriate and required. Maintains standards of hospitality that exceed expectations for every guest that enters the restaurants Recommends and suggests specialties to guests and up sell whenever possible Job Responsibilities 2 Additional Responsibilities 3 Job Knowledge & Skills • Have full knowledge of Shisha offerings and hot beverages • Have full knowledge of Shisha contents and preparation methods • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills • Professional appearance and manner • ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
