Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat using predefined scripts.
- Redirect customers to appropriate departments for specialized assistance.
- Recommend optimal solutions based on established guidelines.
- Assist in resolving basic technical issues and common queries.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with team members for effective issue resolution.
- Provide support in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
- Good writing skills in Slovak or Croatian or Slovenian;
- Eligible to work in Romania;
- Good communication skills.
