Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels (phone email chat).
- ist customers with inquiries trouble issues and offer effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve the customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
- For Croatian Role: C2/Native proficiency in Croatian and B2 proficiency in English.
- For Slovak Role: C2/Native proficiency in Slovak and B2 proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but we welcome native speakers without experience.
- Strong communication ss and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work onsite in ClujNapoca.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: 7750 RON / 1560EUR Gross per month.
- Signing Bonus:
- Croatian: 1000EUR Gross (paid in the first 3 months 500/250/250).
- Slovak: 750EUR Gross (paid in the first 3 months 200/250/250).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 250 Gross based on tenure (available after 3 12 and 24 months).
- Meal Tickets: 30 RON per working day (approximately 120EUR for 20 working days).
- Medical Subscription: Starting from the 2nd month of employment.
- Relocation istance:
- Accommodation: 6 months (3 months in company accommodations 3 months of rent allowance of 500EUR Gross/month).
- Transportation: Full coverage of relocation fees (plane ticket bus train).
