- Make high-level recommendations and decisions regarding overall marketing strategy.
- Work closely with IIG s Sales Manager and the company s executive management to develop effective approaches and campaigns that attract new customers and retain current customers.
- Help establish deliverables with senior management and than execute to attain them.
- Manage and grow a marketing team comprised of direct reports and freelancers
- Plan multifaceted, integrated marketing campaigns in traditional, web, and social media to create interest in IIG s products or services and generate sales leads.
- Manage the Marketing function, overseeing the implementation of marketing projects, approving campaigns, and measuring the return on investment of various methods.
- Differentiate IIG from competitors by cultivating IIG s brand to gain market share and create customer confidence and trust.
- Conduct market research to understand new markets better.
- Oversee the company s website, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Manage the use of the company s customer and prospect data for targeted marketing.
- Review current trends to determine the effectiveness of styles and strategies.
- Research competitors to stay current with approaches for similar products or services.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget.
- Plan and direct the utilization of internal staff resources and external suppliers.
- Keeps up to date with marketing key performance indicators and benchmarks and utilizes this information to produce department reports pointing out and making recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal)
- A Bachelor s degree is preferred, preferably in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- At least five years of work experience and demonstrated success in a marketing leadership role that includes high-level responsibility for a multifaceted marketing program with such elements as content marketing, web marketing, search engine optimization, social media, direct mail, email marketing, advertising, and community-level marketing.
- Management Experience with direct reports and successful team building.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- In-depth experience in developing and managing marketing budgets & ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of the principles of effective graphic design and modern production methodologies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to write for a variety of audiences and communications media.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and set priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to supervise and work with individuals of all backgrounds in a team environment.
- Must pass background check
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with a website content management system, especially WordPress.
- Experience working with an email marketing system, such as MailChimp.
- Looking for a team player who can quickly and easily establish rapport with all levels of associates within the company in a remote environment
