Legal Contracting ociate Manager with French

The role of the Contracting ociate Manager is to support Gallias business by being responsible for the legal reviews igned to her/him facing the Clients the business team and the legal onshore team.

How youll make an impact:

• Advise and consult senior company executives from business or other corporate functions based on accurate interpretation of contract doents and the elements of a business opportunity.
• Lead structure negotiate and close our companys complex client transactions to be most advantageous from a legal and business perspective;
• Stay abreast of developments affecting the company its clients and industries and synthesize the information to incorporate it into the companys transactional practices;
• Educate and advise company executives concerning legal and risk management issues;
• Develop subject matter experience in one of more areas that benefit Legal and/or our business;
• Participate in developing internal guidelines toolkits and packaged knowledge capital on various legal and business issues;
• Support promote and implement Legal Group initiatives;
• Embrace and evolve to gain experience in seven Contracting attributes including becoming a pathfinder architect businessminded nonconformist inspired relevant and technology enabled contracting professional
• Provide prompt legal advice to more junior members of the Contracting team that may be required during the daily course of business;
• Achieve accreditation in all service lines included in local scope following priorities set by Team Lead/Area Lead;
• Provide Contracting support to the business on basic contracting tasks using limited effort and minimal quantity of time;
• Represent companys interests and interface directly with client negotiating teams;
• Structured client transactions are most advantageous from a contracting and business perspective.

By being part of our team you will work from Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 18:00 PM (Romania time) in a 99% remote setup.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer /entitled to practice law /university degree in law;
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in contracting matters preferably in the IT /Technology field;
• Excellent oral and written communication ss in English and French;
• Highly positive and collaborative outlook;
• Highly sed and experienced in all aspects of contracting;
• Strong negotiation ss executive presence and the ability to influence significant business and contracting decisions;
• Proven ability to manage escalations effectively;
• Strong time management prioritization and organizational ss;
• Excellent judgment;
• Highly developed touch and tone;
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft Word ss;
• Apply the internal reporting process including reporting required by Team Lead/ Area Lead;
• Ability to address contract discussions/negotiations both internal and external with minor escalations.
