SCM Principal Consultant - Oracle/SAP

• Responsible for providing Oracle/SAP applications solutions to an exclusive range of clients across a range of high profile assignments.
• You will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of design and testing phases, producing solution design and leading the client throughout the implementation and support phases.
• Help customers maximize strategic business value from NCIS products they have purchased by providing them with a vision of their end state solution and a roadmap.
• Analyze customer’s business requirements, needs, and objectives and map them to the Intracom processes, solutions and modules that are being implemented.
• Analyze and solve complex customer issues involving both data and processes
• Work closely with the presales, professional services, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition through the customer lifecycle
• Provide the necessary support for SCM Modules / Solutions
• Responsible for delivering functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
• Leading design activities defining requirements, testing and providing direction to customers and more junior consultants.
• Enhance and updating knowledge on domain field practices and related technology.
• Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.
• Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
• Work as developer to build required packages and load data using API, and implement Oracle/SAP SCM application.
• Engagement in projects may include various project roles such as project coordinating team leading in addition to implementation consulting.
• Responsible for any other related activity as requested by his/her direct Manager.
