The Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Model Consultant will be responsible for Provide comprehensive insights into the YES model covering its concept/approach, evolution, theory of change, implementation process, focusing on delineating the roles of community engagement, private sector involvement, government collaboration, and engagement of youth participants.
A plan and methodology for the participatory and interactive engagement with YC staff, youth and stakeholders to collect information and knowledge that will inform the continued roll-out of the YES model.
A brief and concise report on good practices of youth centers’ role in Jordan and the region.
A suggested approach to enhance the Youth Centers processes/structure to increase the community contributions and involvement in youth empowerment.
Conduct an orientation session for MoY staff and Youth Centers. The orientation session must compile all the findings above (YES model, youth center practices, the roll-out plan and approach, potential challenges and suggested mitigation strategies).
Suggest monitoring and evaluation activities to support the YGA team to assess the progress and achievements of the implementation of the YES model, this includes data collection tools to measure the short- and long-term impact of the activities and the evaluate the YES model services.
Suggest Indicators that will support the activity team that will function as metrics for monitoring and evaluating progress, and assist the team to monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness and consider capture learning for adaptation.
