Crystal Solutions is a leading International Recruitment Service Provider. We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to Work from Home for one of the biggest Group of companies (30 Companies.) located in Dubai.
Details of the requirement is as stated below.
Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Location: India / Dubai
Experience: 4+ years
Skills Required : Oracle Fusion HCM
Responsibilities:
- Implementing Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll Management.
- Ability to interact with the Business Analysts and Users to understand the requirement and configure the application as per the Business Technology standards and design.
- Experience in HCM Security, HCM Workflow, HCM Fast formula, HDL Tool and HCM Extract.
- Working closely with business analysts, designers and users to create detailed design specifications to implement the application. Able to creatively perform system testing with multiple used cases.
- Able to deliver training to the super users and end users.
- Responsible for creating all the documentations like: requirement documentation, user manuals, training manuals, technical requirement document, etc.
- Should be responsible for integration of Fusion HCM with multiple applications.
