Job Description
- Assist in the processing of on-time payroll.
- Assist in recording daily loan funding and purchase (residential home mortgage) transactions on a timely basis.
- Assist in the reconciliation of loan transactions, warehouse lines, liabilities (credit cards), and bank statements monthly.
- Process and validate invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Assist in processing accounts payable and account receivables
- Support in the preparation of override reports and P&L’s branches/branch managers.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing month-end financial statements and production reports.
- Assist in preparing month-end adjusting and closing entries.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Conduct financial analysis and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance.
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
