Job Description
- Responsible for managing the full life cycle of the design and testing phases, producing solution designs, and leading the client throughout the implementation and support phases.
- Help customers maximize strategic business value from ERP Applications they have purchased by providing them with a vision of their end-state solution and a roadmap.
- Analyze customers’ business requirements, needs, and objectives and map them to the ERP processes, solutions, and modules that are being implemented.
- Analyze and solve complex customer issues involving both data and processes
- Responsible for delivering functional consulting and education services at customer sites.
- Leading design activities defining requirements, testing, and providing direction to customers and more junior consultants.
- Responsible for providing ERP application solutions to an exclusive range of clients across a range of high-profile assignments.
- Provide the necessary support for implemented Solutions
- Work closely with the presales, professional services, and support teams to ensure a seamless transition through the project lifecycle
- Enhance and update knowledge on domain field practices and related technology.
- Build know-how and develop expertise in domain field products.
- Provide daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
- Responsible for any other related activity as requested by his/her direct Manager.
