We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as an Expansion Manager. As an Expansion Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving our companys growth by identifying potential areas for expansion analyzing business challenges and negotiating rental terms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan survey and evaluate potential expansion areas.
  • Regularly analyze business reports address challenges and propose improvements.
  • Negotiate rental and tenancy terms.
  • Attend store openings and corporate events.
  • Assess legal risks in agreements and suggest solutions.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for store openings.
  • Handle issues to ensure successful store openings.
  • Lead the Business Expansion team to meet KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
  • Foster relationships with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must have been born in 80s or 90s
  • Degree in retail/property management or related field.
  • 5 years in retail management with leasing expansion and development experience.
  • Proficiency in English. Mandarin is a plus
  • Extensive network in the industry (developers landlords retail property owners local council custom officers etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Organized and independent.
  • Familiar with fashion retail industry regulations.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
