Job Description

  • Lead CRM strategy and execution optimizing campaigns with thorough analysis for ROI.
  • Utilize diverse consumer data to tailor CRM programs aiming at enhancing loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Establish and manage loyalty programs including point systems and special offers.
  • Develop customer segmentation models for targeted CRM messaging.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team on CRM initiatives for new products.
  • Deploy CRM campaigns across offline and online channels for integrated communication.
  • Manage databases for multichannel communication strategies.
  • Supervise CRM platforms to ensure seamless data handling.
  • Coordinate with vendors to implement and test new CRM systems.
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities and prioritize customer satisfaction solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 23 years in CRM experience in fastpaced marketing beauty industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical project management and customer understanding skills requiring crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Proficient in English Thai and MS Office especially Excel.
  • Excellent communication detailoriented and deadlinedriven.
  • Creative proactive problemsolving and customerservice oriented.
  • Adaptable to fastpaced environments selfmotivated and interested in beauty fashion retail and ecommerce trends.
