Senior Community Manager

Content Management: This position takes the lead role on the community team of monitoring and managing the engagement on all of our social media sites for our clients. Eg: Responding to fans' queries about the products.

Owning Content: Working closely with the Account Manager on a client-approved content calendar for posting

The Curator of Engagement: What exciting contests or applications can we create for our fans? You will need to develop and present ideas that will generate a buzz or contribute good submissions, even without waiting for a client’s brief.

Relationship Manager: Must be hyper-vigilant with all our social communities to address any issues, be able to ascertain various levels of issues (urgent/non-urgent), and respond in an appropriate, agency-approved way.
