Develop the PB segment in terms of eligibility criteria, account flagging and program differentiation in line with CB’s strategy and business objectives.
Responsible to develop the Banking and non-banking benefits associated with PB segmentation.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to acquire, manage, and retain customer relationships.
Monitor and analyze the performance of the segment in terms of NTB customers, account balances, product usage, cross sell ratio and profitability.
Conduct regular upgrades of eligible lower tiered clients to PB segment, and downgrades of PB clients no longer satisfying PB criteria.
Responsible for all PB marketing activities (including advertise and media campaigns) and budget in accordance with guidelines.
Call the branches regularly to ensure that program’s visibility and service quality is up to standards and in accordance with the distributed sales staff manual.
Compliance & adherence to all internal standards, guidelines and regulatory compliance.
Education:
BA degree is required.
Experience:
8+ years of experience.
Competences:
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Outstanding project leadership and management skills.
Good knowledge of financial markets, investment instrument, and investment management.
Sound understanding of market dynamics.
Ability to deliver consistent results with minimal supervision.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal clients.
