Job Description
Senior Business Analyst
We're hiring a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Agile methodologies. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, creating detailed user stories, and working closely with developers and QA teams. A background in leading scrum ceremonies and fluency in Arabic are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Actively participate in scrum events, contributing to sprint planning and product backlog refinement.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams, ensuring requirements clarity and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, potentially using Arabic for clarity and inclusiveness.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in Agile/Scrum across the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong experience in requirements engineering and user story creation.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
