    Role Description
    This full-time Senior Customer Success role is located on-site in Amman, Jordan. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of clients with the goal of ensuring their long-term success by building strong relationships, providing ongoing support and consultation, and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with customers and is results oriented.
    Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with clients at various levels of seniority
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Comfortable working with a range of technologies and software, including CRMs and other customer support tools
  • Strong understanding of customer success principles and their application to customer support
  • A disciplined approach to time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and metrics to draw insights
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a customer success, account management, or customer support role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field
