Job Description
- Develop and agree IT requirements
- Identify hardware and software requirements
- Organise workloads of the technical teams in the most efficient way
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they complete on time
- Report progress to management
- Carry out some of the technical work as required
- IT systems health
- Advise on future IT developments to managers
- Enterprise Architecture Management
- Deployed Architecture Management
- ITIL Trained
- Knowledge of ITSM
- Knowledge of Network Monitoring System
- Experience in Network Operation Centres
