Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design plan and manage the IT infrastructure for a large group of companies based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing scalable server and IT infrastructure solutions with at least 4 years of experience in the Saudi or GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies that support the growth and scalability of the organization
- Plan design and oversee the deployment of servers data centers networks and storage solutions across multiple companies
- Ensure that the IT infrastructure is secure reliable and costeffective
- Work closely with IT leadership to align infrastructure architecture with business objectives and technology strategies
- Manage and optimize cloud environments including hybrid cloud strategies
- Lead infrastructure projects from concept through implementation ensuring best practices and industry standards are met
- Conduct regular essments and upgrades of the infrastructure to improve performance and reliability
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and manage IT resources
- Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning ensuring system backups and redundancy
- Stay updated on the latest trends in IT infrastructure cloud computing and security
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture with experience in the Saudi Arabia or GCC region
- Strong expertise in designing and managing server environments data centers and network infrastructure
- Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud and experience with hybrid cloud solutions
- Familiarity with networking protocols security standards and virtualization technologies (VMware HyperV etc.)
- Handson experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and tools
- Excellent project management ss with experience in leading largescale infrastructure projects
- Strong communication and collaboration ss with the ability to work with crossfunctional teams and senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Azure Solutions Architect CCNA or CCNP
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices
