Job Requirements
Engineering or chemicalbachelor degree
Hold anMBA
10-15 years sales experience in Egypt in construction chemicals industry sales field mainly in projects paints, constructions, building material or related field
Ability to Lead a team for execution on b2b model
Sales & Operations Planning
Competition understanding
Influencer management
Information/ Data Analysis & Management
Marketing and business concepts
Ability to identify quick wins
Ability to work independently and provide visible leadership to the team
A positive attitude for coalition building with senior leadership members to achieve the company’s business objectives
Ability to challenge the status quo and any conflicting business interest to achieve stretch targets
