Job Description

  • Demonstrate a leadership quality in managing call center agents.
  • Problem solving and analysis daily agents' deliverables/performance.
  • Studying, understanding and utilizing the available tools (SW/HW) for delivering the best service to the customer.
  • Monitoring live the daily performance of the team.
  • Work on balancing the workload and setting the convenient schedule for team shifting and breaks.
