Job Description
- Demonstrate a leadership quality in managing call center agents.
- Problem solving and analysis daily agents' deliverables/performance.
- Studying, understanding and utilizing the available tools (SW/HW) for delivering the best service to the customer.
- Monitoring live the daily performance of the team.
- Work on balancing the workload and setting the convenient schedule for team shifting and breaks.
