1. Work with the talent management team in formulating and updating job descriptions.
2. Work with the benefits team in administering the various medical insurance plans and tackling related issues.
3. Assist in the employee on boarding process, with the employee services team.
4. Organize and maintain an up-to-date filing system both electronically and physically, that provides a quick and efficient reference for the HR team.
5. Assist in analyzing and documenting the various work flows and compiling them into a policies and procedure manuals.
6. Assist the HR Director in updating, reviewing, adjusting and restructuring the HR system.
7. Work with the HR team on various assigned projects and any other HR-related duties and tasks as assigned.
8. Providing recommendations to Human Resources Director on training programs from training providers
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
2:4 years of experience in HR Field.
Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Excellent communication skills.
Detail orientated team player, capable of working under pressure.
