Job Overview:
The Business Development & Market Research Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and conducting market research to support AABDCEGYPTs growth in various sectors. The role combines strategic business development with thorough market analysis focusing on creating opportunities across global markets especially in Africa. This individual will work on building partnerships conducting indepth market analysis and supporting decisionmaking with datadriven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships across multiple sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders in target markets.
- Lead negotiations for business deals service agreements and partnerships.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely closing of deals to meet business objectives.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth of business agreements.
Market Research:
- Conduct indepth research to identify trends opportunities and risks in target sectors and regions.
- Analyze data on competitors market conditions and client needs to support business strategies.

- Prepare detailed market analysis reports forecasts and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Strategy Development:
- Formulate and implement business development strategies aligned with AABDCEGYPT s goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to define short and longterm objectives for market expansion.
- Provide recommendations for new business models and market entry strategies based on research findings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients ensuring satisfaction and delivering on project milestones.
- Maintain strong relationships with decisionmakers in potential client organizations.

Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and market research findings.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Economics Marketing or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5 years) in business development or market research.

- Excellent negotiation presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
