Job Description
- Drive and deliver a number of 'Quality Focused' projects.
- Project manage teams of stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
- Contribute to Global Quality Strategy and focus on process excellence.
- Optimize Quality Assurance processes and manage and deliver continuous process improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodology.
- Review existing Pharmaceutical Quality Systems to identify areas for process effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Review trends, metrics and indicators of quality and to facilitate the improvement of key GMP determinants and metrics.
- Use CAPA, non-conformances, root cause analysis and audit process to resolve manufacturing and compliance issues.
- Ensure key members of the Quality team are kept informed of ongoing projects.
- Engage with stakeholder departments to deliver continuous process improvement and provide quality assurance and technical support across the company in accordance with GMP requirements.
- Prepare, issue for use and update Project Quality Plans as required.
