Job Description

One of our prestigious clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking to hire a CAFM Specialist (ComputerAided Facility Management) with a minimum of 3 to 9 years of experience.

Job Purpose

The person who will work on this role will be responsible for the development and customization of CAFM System including FSI Go portal and indepth support.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support on CAFM System implementation in coordination with the CAFM Vendor Client and Stakeholders.
  • Support CAFM Manager in doenting & Implementing CAFM policy.
  • Participate in designing CAFM Training Modules and training plans.
  • Responsible for the deployment of FSI Go Solution and Task Activity design.
  • Administer CAFM System and FSI Go subscription and billing.
  • Closely coordinate with Vendor Support Team in identifying issues and resolution
  • MDM Solution administration and support.
  • Accounts and permission management ensures compliance of users according to the permission level required.
  • Review and upload PPM Plans in coordination with service stream managers and service partners
  • Design custom reports via Crystal Reports and Performance Dashboard via Power BI and Concept widgets
  • Design and recommend Concept workflows and customization vital to operational efficiency.
  • Backend Support for CAFM System servers including IIS Server application pools SSL installation in server Database maintenance and troubleing writing custom SQL queries for special data requests.
  • Support ICT Team in designing SharePoint Forms Power Apps and power automate related to CAFM.
  • User account administration for the CAFM system creation of both users and roles and the ignment of permissions.
  • Attend client and internal meetings.
  • Identify and manage risks.

Qualification & Experience

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in information systems Management or equivalent.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Technical Certification in the related field.

Competencies:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word Excel PowerPoint Project and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Server Management IIS MS SQL VB Crystal Reports HTML & CSS.
  • Knowledge and understanding of API formats such as SOAP and REST.
  • High level of integrity and ethical behavior.
  • Accountability Commits to business objectives. Accepts responsibility & takes action.
  • Decision making & team working and ability to work under pressure.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 39 years experience in the related field.

Languages:

  • Strong written and verbal communication ss in English.
