Job Description
- In coordination withthe LFSSpecialist andLFSimplementation teams, develop action planstoimplementrecommendations from policy analyses andbriefs.
- Disseminate legal analyses and briefs undertaken by ICLA and other legal aid actors to theLFSimplementation teams and ensure they areawareof changes to labor laws; supportthe implementation teamto adapt programming accordingly.
- Maporganizations operating in the “decent work”space and identify new partners, including employers, with whom NRC can collaborateon improving working conditions.
- Advisethe LFSSpecialistindevelopingthecountry program’snarrative on “decent work”and NRC’s positioning in the operating space.
- Provide technical input to donor proposals, including contributing to theirwriting.
